Public Information Meeting

Dorchester County is hosting two informal, drop-in-style Public Information Meetings regarding the Orangeburg Loop improvement project, which will be held on the dates, times, and locations listed below. The purpose of these meetings is to provide the public with information about the project scope, proposed design, project status, and anticipated schedule. There will be no formal presentation at either meeting. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and share feedback with project representatives.

The online comment form will open on December 9, 2025, and the comment period will run through January 11, 2026. Following the public meetings, all meeting materials will be posted on the project website, and an online comment form will be available to submit comments.
