Public Information Meeting

An informal, drop-in style Public Information meeting regarding the Delemar Highway Improvements Project will be held on the time, date, and location shown below. The purpose of this meeting is to provide information about the project, share preliminary plans, and to solicit the public’s feedback. The Delemar Project improvements include widening Delemar Highway between Clubhouse Road and Clay Field Trail to reduce traffic congestion, improve safety, and accommodate bicyclists and pedestrians. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and share feedback with project representatives.

A 30-day comment period for the project will begin on March 26, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. After the public meeting, all meeting materials will be posted here, and an online comment form will be available.
