Public Information Meeting

Dorchester County is hosting two informal, drop-in-style Public Information Meetings regarding the Orangeburg Loop Road improvements project, which will be held on the dates, times, and locations listed below. The purpose of these meetings is to provide the public with information about the project scope, proposed design, project status, and anticipated schedule. There will be no formal presentation at either meeting. Each meeting will present the same materials, and members of the public are invited to attend the most convenient option of the two. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and share feedback with project representatives.

The online comment form will open on December 9, 2025, and the comment period will run through January 11, 2026. Following the public meetings, all meeting materials will be posted on the project website, and an online comment form will be available to submit comments.
